I remember what it feels like to find a therapist. Twenty five years ago I went through the process. It was confusing. I didn't know what I needed, wanted, or expected, I just knew I needed some help and that I desperately wanted to feel better. I worried that I wouldn't like the therapist and that I would feel awkward. I kept putting off making a decision about starting therapy, even though I knew I really needed it.

Therapy will only be successful if we make it work together as a team. You are the expert in you; I can help you harness what you already have and challenge what you already know. Lets see if we can work well together before we commit. Free consultation. There is no obligation.

1 Hour Initial Assessment Session
This will be an holistic overview of your life. We will discuss and make a diagram of your past, your present, and what you hope for your future. We will begin to discuss a plan of what therapy might entail. There is no obligation.

1 hour Ongoing Sessions
These treatment sessions will evolve from your original assessment, and may include therapeutic interventions such as EMDR*, CBT, ACT, CFT, creative therapies, or counselling, depending on what we agree together. We will agree session numbers week to week as you see fit and as suits your finances. A small discount can be arranged for block bookings.
*EMDR sessions are 90 minutes and charged at £85

Empowering You Towards Self-Discovery
I aim to help and encourage you with how you respond to everyday situations, and also in the longer term, by helping you explore how your past experiences link with your present issues. We will discover what keeps you stuck and struggling in the present day, and we will look at how you can make use of that knowledge to change your response to future situations.
